The lower part of the composition represents a sea – symbol of the world of emotion and feeling. A red human figure (red as a symbol of the incarnated soul) is drifting in these waters of emotion, staring at the same time at the sun – symbol of the divine that reflects on the surface of the sea. The blue part is the spiritual world.
