Peace often alternates with movement and a surge of energy, which I then put into my work, which is full of rich colors. Rich passionate red and mysterious blue, all softened by transitional orange and yellow. The composition is chaotic, yet precisely balanced. It is impossible to define any fixed shape or object, only the immediate impression of movement. The painting evokes a feeling of a fleeting moment. Like the flutter of a hummingbird’s wing – elusive, amazing, and full of life. The overall impression is explosive and hypnotic, intense and calming at the same time.
