I started drawing when I was a little boy. I loved drawing very much—initially, it was ruined houses and toy cars. I truly began to enjoy it in 2004 when I worked at Panasonic in Plzeň. There, I took a piece of paper and started making abstract drawings. Until 2019, I drew on A4 paper, but then I started creating on an iPad tablet. That was the beginning of the digital era for me.

To this day, I create digital graphics and digital drawings. My works come to life while listening to music, a mix of genres like synth-pop, electronic underground music, Czech and Slovak ballads, techno, deep house, ambient jungle, chilled trance, and electro. Specifically, I listen to artists like Sandra, Pet Shop Boys, Depeche Mode, Enigma, Europe, Rick Astley, Petr Kotvald, Michal David, Elán, Team, No Name, Robo Grigorov, Vašo Patejdl, Iveta Bartošová, and Beáta Dubasová. I have all these tracks on a USB, so I play them on a hi-fi system while I create.

It’s all about the artistic feeling that I express on the tablet. I am on disability pension, and creating art is a form of art therapy for me.
