The series of paintings “Behind the Horizon” and “On the Horizon” is about light and darkness, the finite and the infinite, about meditation in silence…
It is realized in a minimalist way, with a dominant line in the middle of each image. They follow each other by the continuation of the line in an abstractly painted surface (representing eternity) and also by the gradual change in the color of the individual images.
The viewer has the opportunity to concentrate on meditation and wandering in time and space. The images are variable, it is possible to place them in a variety of ways – from the darkest to the lightest, in different numbers and rhythms, horizontally, vertically or irregularly.
